Sims can buy antidotes, the flower of death, the waterfall in a bottle and all the other useful jungle adventure stuff via the drop down menu where they can also buy tents, lamps and other stuff for camping.

There will be no visible sun over your Sim's head when he/she has been blessed in the jungle.
